Year 1 had a cracking time at Oxford Museum, experiencing the dinosaur exhibit there.

First we enjoyed a hands-on workshop where we were given the opportunity to handle dinosaur fossils and bones. We also became scientists for the morning by carrying out an investigation on a set of fossils by smelling, touching and asking questions about them.

After this we had time to explore the museum in our groups before lunch. We saw lots of different dinosaur skeletons, some were even hanging from the ceiling!

We had a fantastic day out and cannot wait for our next adventure.
