School Uniform
We require all students in Years 7-11 to wear uniform, which is strictly enforced by staff.
Please note that hoodies are not allowed and will be confiscated.

Boys’ Sports Kit Compulsory Items * Football Boots - All pupils will need a pair of moulded stud boots to be able to use the new astro turf. Conventional football boots with screw in metal studs are not acceptable and will damage the pitch. Optional Items Mouthguard (strongly recommended by the Rugby Football Union) *Please note that non-Piggott tracksuit bottoms will not be acceptable

The following items are NOT allowed:
- Alternative jumpers, cardigans or hoodies.
- Alternative tracksuit bottoms (Piggott labelled only)
- “Fashion” boots, trainers, high heels or canvas pumps
- Jewellery other than a single stud in each ear. No piercing should be done during term time. If piercing is to be done, this must take place at the start of a long holiday break.
- Make-up.
- Extreme hairstyles and colours (to include patterns shaved into hair).
For Health & Safety reasons we do not recommend flat pump or ballet style shoes.
Jackets
Outdoor jackets with hoods are acceptable, but sweatshirts with hoods are not considered part of the school uniform.
A black fleece with the school crest is available from Stevensons of Reading.
Sixth Form Dress Code
Sixth form students are not required to wear formal uniform, but they are expected to dress in a reasonable and smart fashion.
